Foreign language skills connect people to more personal, professional, social, and cultural experiences. Right now, in Ireland, language skills are more important than ever to keep us connected to new and exciting opportunities, both local and global. Languages Connect is a campaign that raises awareness of the many benefits of foreign language skills, through a range of events, projects, resources and supports. These include the primary sampler module Say Yes to Languages, national TY festival of languages and cultures #ThinkLanguages Week, Leaving Certificate Saturday language classes, and partnerships with universities.
