Last week, our CEO Avril Ryan spoke at the Gaisce Gold Award Ceremony, where she shared her admiration for the incredible achievements of this year’s Awardees. 👏
In her speech, she reminded everyone: “Your Gold Award is a symbol of what you’re capable of. It represents not only your ability to achieve but also your power to make a difference in the lives of others.”
She encouraged Awardees to reflect on their impact, asking: “How can I contribute to a better, fairer world?”
Through their persistence, creativity, and dedication, Gold Awardees have already made a difference, from community projects to promoting wellbeing, tackling climate justice, and supporting local initiatives. Their Gaisce journeys have been filled with moments of joy, resilience, and growth, which will guide them in their future. 💛

We were delighted to have members of Gaisce`s Council join us at yesterday`s Gold Award Ceremony. Their dedication and support play a vital role in guiding and championing Gaisce`s mission, and it was wonderful to celebrate such an inspiring occasion together. 😄
We were joined by Gaisce Council Chair @ainekerr, along with Council Members Dr Shane Bergin, Dr Norah Burns, Jenny Gannon, Orla Leahy, @buxyofficial, Vincent Teo, and Anna-Marie Turley.
This was Áine Kerr`s first Gold Award Ceremony as Gaisce`s Chair and she delivered a motivating speech to all the Awardees. ⭐
We were also delighted to have Kate Thompson and James McClements join us from @dofe.ni as our special guests.
