About
Jigsaw offers both online and in-person services around the country. The organisation provides mental health advice and support to young people aged 12–25 years old, and aims to give families, educators, and those who support young people’s mental health ways to cope and the skills to be there for young people. Using their collective power, knowledge and expertise, Jigsaw makes sure that youth mental health is a national and local priority.

Programme Breakdown
Take Action! is a youth mental health promotion programme for schools. It supports young people to develop their mental health literacy, practice skills for minding their mental health and raise awareness of mental health across their school community. It covers a range of topics such as; understanding our mental health, help-seeking, themes and strategies related to minding our mental health and promoting and hosting a mental health awareness event.
Key programme elements:
• A 13-week mental health awareness programme
• Suitable for 14-16 year olds
• Includes a range of flexible programme delivery options.
• Teachers can access self-directed online training and digital classroom resources
• Students will also have access to digital resources.
