Gaisce – The President’s Award is inviting proposals for the development of its Strategic Plan 2026–2030. This five-year plan will build on the achievements of the current strategy (2022–2025) and support Gaisce’s mission to empower young people aged 14–25 through personal development.
Short Overview
- Scope of Work:
The successful consultant will work closely with Gaisce’s leadership, staff, and stakeholders to develop a comprehensive plan that aligns with national and organisational priorities. This includes a review of the current strategy, stakeholder engagement, and identifying actionable objectives with measurable KPIs. - Budget:
The total project budget is capped at €12,000, including VAT and all associated costs. - Timeline:
Proposals are due by 5pm, 6 February 2025, and the plan must be finalised by July 2025. - Proposal Requirements:
Submissions must include a detailed workplan, methodology, expertise, references, and a breakdown of costs. - Selection Criteria:
Proposals will be evaluated on expertise (40%), methodology (30%), cost (20%), and overall quality (10%).

This contract will be awarded based on a fixed price contract, and as such, all costs must be quoted (and clearly indicated) as a fixed price in Euro.
