Going for Gold is open to current Gold Participants, President Award Leaders and those curious about Gaisce – The President’s Award.
Take the next step on your Gaisce journey and register for our Going for Gold evening today. It is highly recommended that PALs and their Participants who are about to embark upon or in the early stage of the Gold Award journey attend this event.

- Young people curious about the Gaisce Gold Award (without any previous award)
- Current Gaisce Participants (at any level)
- President Award Leaders (PALs)
Attending the Event Online:
The event will be hosted on Zoom.
When registering for the event, please ensure you have included a contact email address you access regularly.
Shortly before the event is due to begin, a link to the Zoom event will be shared with all attendees.

This Gold information session will provide presentations and inspiration for participants and PALs on all aspects of the Gold Award including the Adventure Journey and Residential Project requirements, the Portfolio and the other Challenge Areas [Personal Skill, Physical Recreation and Community Involvement].
Going for Gold is strongly recommended for anyone who is in the process of completing or is about to begin their Gold award journey attends to ensure you are fulfilling the Gold award requirements correctly.
