PAL Training

We are delighted you are interested in supporting young people through their Gaisce – The President’s Award as a President’s Award Leader (PAL).

PAL training provides you with the knowledge and skills required to support a young person on their Gaisce journey.

To book your PAL training, click one of the links below and register.
Registration will close 24 hours before training is scheduled to begin to allow for the relevant links and information to be sent to all attendees.

For public health reasons, all training is taking place online using Zoom.

How it works

There are three levels of Gaisce – Bronze, Silver and Gold. The more time and energy a participant gives, the greater the reward. The participant chooses their own activities within each of the different challenge areas. It can be new skills they want to learn or skills they are already learning that they want to develop further.

How Gaisce – The President’s Award Programme Works

Note: • If you already have a Bronze Award, there is no need to do an additional 26 weeks at Silver. • If you already have a Silver Award, there is no need to do an additional 26 weeks at Gold.
*All registration fees have been waived for Wavelength participants.
